Welcome to MadHatters Tea Room & Gift Shop, Hayling Island.

We are an award winning family run tea room near Hayling Island Seafront serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas, homemade cakes and freshly ground coffee. We use local suppliers wherever possible including Alan Rae Butchers, Stoke Fruit Farm and Vegan Bakes.

Our vegan and gluten free menus are very popular and everything on these menus is prepared in a separate fryer and area. Don't forget to take a look at our specials board when you visit!

We take bookings for groups of six or more otherwise just turn up and we will do our best to seat you as quickly as possible.

We have a small shared car park to the front of the tea rom, however there is a large car park less than 5 minutes walk at Beachlands. Beachlands/ the amusement park is also our closest bus stop.

The tea room is wheelchair accessible but unfortunately our bathroom facilities are not.

We are dog friendly inside and outside.
